I think she should regularly contribute to this site with her wide range of experience in public administration. The PowerPoint presentation was short and inadequate. I was expecting more.

Good one, I think the PowerPoint presentation needs some more descriptive points as these are all motivational points. While giving training, we can quote examples from her real-life experience.

Hi, is there an HR manager there? What processes and procedures do they use in terms of restructuring the workforce? Will they use any tools, techniques, or software to evaluate (I know the legalities involved but I want to know the decision-making process in restructuring the workforce?

What techniques do they use in rewarding and retaining the talented workforce? What do they do for statutory compliance? Will they audit on a weekly and monthly basis?
