Here's my suggestion for your consideration. Please gain your understanding and prepare your write on the basis of what you have experienced.

You would be questioned on this project during the job interview. Hence please make sure the content is a result of experiential learning. The questions during the interview would be directed at what have you understood from the recruitment process in Nalco and how would you suggest improving it.

Please consider the projects made by your peers to offer a comparative view to develop the recruitment process. Certain areas such as , the time taken to arrange the interview , duplication in the process , costs per hire , back ground verification and the total turn-around-time.

The format of the write up would be as directed by your institute.

Please do not upload your entire project. Only provide a few pages from each section, if you want to.
I have seen cases where the entire project has been copied and submitted as a student's own.
