OD is a changing Process... the who involves in changing process is known as changing agent... some sort of training will be given to a person or a employee, in order to over come the problem he/she is facing...
Training Programmes like ... Six Sigma, 4s, Kaizen... etc, and to over come the changes in the behaviour... psychotherapy, counselling, or job rotation etc ... will be implemented....
