Hi,
If an employee who had 12 yrs experience but also in the middle of his service was on Loss of pay for 180 days, what will be the no of years considered for Gratuity workings 11 or 12 yrs?
Dear Seniors can any one let me know how gratuity will be caluculated and who are eligible for such provision.
