Creating a Recruitment SOP for Multi-Location Teams: What Key Topics Should I Include?

Hi, I am preparing a SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for Recruitment. Since we are a multi-location company, we thought this process booklet would be useful for empowering our branch heads to make decisions at their end.

What could be the possible topics I should cover in this SOP? Please help.

May I share a process flow chart that I have created for the recruitment process? It may be helpful to you. Although I am not an HR person, I developed this chart as part of the ISO 9001:2008 documentation for one of my clients. Please let me know if this is useful to you.
