Hr Department For Educational Institution - DOC Download

Hello Folks,

I am seeking help from all of you regarding the setup of an HR Department in an Educational Institution (Private Engineering College). Can you help me with how I should start HR functions there from scratch, since there is currently no HR department established? I am going to initiate a new HR Department.
