Dear Sir/Madam,
I got transferred from Chennai R&D to Manufacturing Unit at Gurgaon to do administrative activities.
Our factory unit has 125 employees comprising 30 staff (including VP, AVP, Head, GM) on company payroll and 75 workers on contract.
What are the functions/activities to do? Kindly help me in
