i m working for a small backoffice company... total number of employees are 125.
please tell me how to tackle late coming and absentism issue..
we have policy that 3 latemarks are allowed and on 4th latemark - half days salary gets deducted... but still ppl come late.
as asn HR what action can i take..please suggest..
