Organizational Discipline and Attendance Policy
Coming on duty at the time required by the organization is to be communicated from time to time, giving due care to discipline. Arriving on time and leaving at the right time is the sign of a good organization and is the strength of the company. Thus, no liberty can be given to any employee, regardless of their position in the organization.
Every employee of the company is paid for the time of duty attended and work done by them. No mercy is shown or taken if done through access control and attendance machines. That's why a large number of instruments are placed at the entry gate to ensure smooth and free-flowing attendance marking.
Similarly, absent employees' data is collected for notifying them. While a policy is framed or as per the standing order of the company, the attendance machine is instructed accordingly.
Thus, there is no hassle in the HR process, and a clear-cut policy is to be followed. Keep notifying the latecomers and send it to the management, who are the authorized persons for appointing and terminating, issuing warnings, or notifications as per the power of attorney given by management to do so.
Any remarks made should be communicated to the concerned employee, and their signature should be obtained as confirmation of having read and received the warning notice. They are asked to reply within 48 hours.
