Query About Psychometric Tests

Dear all,
I have a query . I have 10 people employed under me . They are good workers . Have not done any kind os psychometric assessment on them . Now, I would like to hire 10 more people but who are similar to those I already have. Could you please suggest by using a psychometric test how can I go about doing the same.
