Responsibilities of an Admin Executive
• Proper maintenance and operations for a particular client in terms of housekeeping, food & beverage, stationery, dispatch, pantry, and vendors.
• Ensure proper staffing at the site with appropriate uniforms, grooming, and good manners.
• Ensure timely disbursement of payments to our staff deployed at the site.
• Ensure timely billing of our site for the proper processing of payments.
• Ensure the availability of uniforms, tools, tackles, and equipment required at the site.
• Plan and execute preparations for smooth operations.
• Conduct surprise visits at night at the site to avoid complaints and misbehavior.
• Prepare daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly records & SOPs, and checklists for operations, and also collect the same from the staff.
• Ensure zero issues in the operations and maintenance of the site.
• Ensure statutory compliance is adhered to by the staff.
• Coordinate and cooperate with all staff, executives, supervisors, and company staff.
• Daily reporting to the Operations Manager and client.
