Dear Seniors, I have completed my BSc in Computers. I had the opportunity to work as an HR & Admin Assistant in a construction company for one year, and now I am working for a software company. I am currently seeking a change and am interested in working specifically in the HR department.

Due to my background in BSc Computers, during interviews, I am often asked why I chose a career in HR. My response has been that I started in HR as my first job opportunity and have continued in the field since then. However, I would like to respond to this question more effectively.

I would appreciate any suggestions on how to answer this question in a more professional manner.

Your answer is good, but you have to put it the other way. "I accidentally or blissfully got my first opportunity to work in HR and have good experience in the entire gamut of HR. With experience in the HR field, I didn't want to change. So, I have decided to become a professional HR. Additionally, I am pursuing my Master's in Human Resources." Dear Seniors, I can't do a full-time MBA and need to support my family. So what should I do in this case:

1. Should I pursue a part-time or executive course from a reputed university?
2. Currently, I only have 1 year of experience, and part-time/executive courses usually require 2-3 years of experience. What do you suggest?
