To arrange for next year training or create a training plan you need to work on the following:
•Create a Training Needs Analysis to find out what are the Technical, Soft skills or academic training required by the employees
•Find out what are the reliable vendors who can run these programs find quotation at least 3 to 6 vendors
•Once you have received information from vendors work on vendor evaluation from in respect to program content, price & creditability
•Once you have received your needs analysis group the requests in terms of Technical, soft & academic
•Once a decision is made on which vendor is going to run the program create a training calendar
•Distribute the calendar to all employee
•Give yourself enough time to send reminders to all employees on when the program is actually running
