To arrange for next year's training or create a training plan, you need to work on the following:
• Create a Training Needs Analysis to find out what Technical, Soft skills, or academic training are required by the employees.
• Find out reliable vendors who can run these programs and obtain quotations from at least 3 to 6 vendors.
• Once you have received information from vendors, work on vendor evaluation regarding program content, price, and credibility.
• Group the requests based on Technical, soft, and academic aspects once you have completed your needs analysis.
• After deciding on the vendor who will run the program, create a training calendar.
• Distribute the calendar to all employees.
• Ensure you give yourself enough time to send reminders to all employees about when the program is scheduled to run.
