Training List Required

Hi All
Can anyone provide me the list of all the training programes to be conducted department wise.We are forging company with 1000 employees.
It will be of great help.

Actually you can start with basic programmes like advanced excel, business english, any software that you are using training on that, presentation skills, behavioural training and then can gradually take it to technical trainings.
