Moving from HR Admin to HR Manager: What Should I Expect in a Larger Company?

Dear Seniors,

I have completed my MHRM and am currently pursuing an M.Phil in Labour Studies through distance education. I am working as an HR Administrator in a Manufacturing Company with 60 employees. I have received an offer for the position of HR Manager in another company where there are 1800 employees. Could you please guide me on the HR responsibilities for an HR manager in such a setting?
