Your CTC breakup cannot be decided offhand in this manner. It is always determined by the company management and HR as per the company policies. If you are part of the HR team, then you can suggest. Instead of seeking help here, you should consult your CA for the best breakup of CTC. At the same time, I would like to appreciate the breakdown provided by PON1965. Good one.
