Struggling to Calculate My EPF Balance and Pension – Can Anyone Help?

Sir, my EPF No. is GJ/15798/2. I am working in a private firm and started the PF from 1.3.87. The Pension scheme started in Nov.95, at which time my salary was Rs. 2600/- per month. Currently, my PF contribution has been fixed at Rs. 650/- regularly for the last 3 years. I wish to resign from 1.9.10 at the age of 54.

Could you help me calculate the pension available to me and my EPF balance as of today? I tried to click on the website - epfahmedabad.org, but nothing is available. Please assist me.

Kindly provide your date of birth, salary at the time of exit from EPS, and any breaks in service, if applicable, before and after 16.11.05 (separately).
