Seeking Free 30-60 Day English Fluency Resources: Any Book or Course Recommendations?

I have completed BCA. I want to improve my English fluency. Can anybody recommend a useful book or online course (30 to 60 days) for free? I am trying dialogues on the internet, but they are not adequate for me. Please help me.

Thank you for your reply. I will try the website. Is there any good training institute for Spoken English in Tirupur/Coimbatore? I have heard that Veta is the best one. Are there any others you would recommend? Please suggest to me. Regards, Maha
