Struggling to Write Job Descriptions for Director Roles in Pharma and Herbal Marketing – Can You Help?

I'm in a problem and the problem is...

I have been asked by my boss to prepare a Job Description for:

1) Director- Operations (Pharma Industry)
2) Director- Marketing (Herbal & Ayurvedic Company)

I seriously have no idea of their JD. So, please, can anybody help me out? Waiting for your help ASAP.
