Need "job Description" - Doc Download

Hi Frnds,
I'm in a problem................... and the problem is...

I have been asked by my boss to prepare a Job Description of:-

1) Director- Operatio (Pharma Industry) And
2) Director- Mktg. ( Herbal & AyurVedic Company)
And, Seriously I have no idea of ther JD. So, pls. any body help me out of the.

Kindly find 4 attachments along. The 4 may be of some use.
Also,please go through JOB websites & search the profile you wanted to get JD. I am sure you will get lots of information.
I request you to kindly avoid using the word very BAD. We have put up a Request & give them some time to repsond, let us not jump into conclusions.
