I am a student of Management presently pursuing my specialization in the field of HR. I am in process of doing a concurrent project with a leading multinational Temp Staffing Consultancy, wherein i will be doing a priliminery study of how temp staffing really works in terms of the industy structure, recruitment pattern etc. in India..Post which i also intend administering a questionnaire to the already placed associates/executives by the firm on a temp basis, to understand what their perception was with regards to temporary jobs and also satisfaction levels post hire. I needed some inputs in terms of the questions that need to be asked keeping the above mentioned objective in mind. It would be great if you could assist me with regards to the same.
