I am a student of Management presently pursuing my specialization in the field of HR. I am in the process of working on a concurrent project with a leading multinational Temp Staffing Consultancy, wherein I will be conducting a preliminary study of how temp staffing really works in terms of the industry structure, recruitment patterns, etc., in India.
Post this study, I also intend to administer a questionnaire to the associates/executives already placed by the firm on a temporary basis, to understand their perceptions regarding temporary jobs and their satisfaction levels post-hire. I need some guidance on the questions that should be asked, keeping the above-mentioned objectives in mind. It would be great if you could assist me with this.
