Dear Darmiyan,
He has to apply for scheme certificate in Form 10-C. In scheme certificate, full service details will be recorded.
He can avail full pension on completion of 58 yrs' of age and reduced pension on completion of 50 yrs. However at that time no complication will be there, if scheme certificate is furnished.
