Need Help Crafting a Research Hypothesis for My BPO Training Needs Analysis Project

Hi Friends, I'm Vintha and I'm new to CiteHR. I'm pursuing my 4th semester of MBA in HR. As part of my project work, I have to include a 'Hypothesis of Research' in my project. I request you all to help me in writing the same. My project topic is Training Needs Analysis in the BPO industry.

Your hypothesis would typically include something like this. I'm just giving you an idea about it.

1. What type of training/quality of training is required?
2. What is the investment of training on an employee?

Although my friends had taken the first hypothesis, I don't know exactly how they did it. Also, I don't want to misguide you. So, I request any senior member of this forum to reply here. Alternatively, you can proceed with your project without any hypothesis, which would still provide a fair amount of knowledge. Let's wait for other replies. In the meantime, refrain from making any decisions.
