Waiting for My EPF Withdrawal: How Long Does It Usually Take to Get the Money Back?

It's been nearly 4 months since I applied for withdrawal of the EPF, but to date, I have not received the money. Last day when I went to my previous organization and asked the reason for the delay, they said that I need to fill up a form to apply for a PF card.

I would like to know, normally how long does it take to get the money back from the PF department.

First, check whether your ex-employer has submitted your PF form or not. You can also follow up at the PF Office nearest to you by providing your PF account number as a reference to check for updates. Reimbursement typically takes 3-4 months.
