Struggling with KRA and KPI for Shipping Department – Can You Share Your Templates?

Hi All,

I need help urgently to submit the KRA and KPI for my department. I am currently in the shipping department of a manufacturing company, in charge of all the import, export, direct shipment, as well as local delivery. Any information/template given would be very much appreciated.

I uploaded one file, but it cannot display. I used Internet Explorer 8.0.

How can I repair it? Or are there some problems that happened to IE8?
