What is the difference between SAP HR and non-SAP HR? I just want to know the variance in their job responsibilities.

There is no relevance in your question as there is nothing named as "NON SAP HR". There are a lot of modules in SAP, and one of them is HR. If you are asking about the differences between the modules in SAP, then you should use the search tab as this has been discussed earlier.

SAP-HR is actually a centralized Enterprise Resource Portal used in companies as operational software. Companies won't use SAP-HR for specific purposes. If a company has SAP implemented, they would have almost all the functionality of Human Resources.
