What is the difference between SAP HR and non-SAP HR? I just want to know the variance in their job responsibilities.

SAP-HR is actually a centralized Enterprise Resource Portal which is used in companies as an operational software. Companies won't use SAP-HR for specific purposes. If a company has SAP implemented, they would have almost all the functionality of Human Resources.

You can provide SAP documents; however, they are entirely different from the real-time software/application. Hence, please do check with the real-time application and pass it on to somebody for reference.

Well, if a company has implemented ERP SAP, it does not mean that all the modules will be included. SAP is not just a software; it is a functional platform, and each module such as Payroll, PA, Time, ESS & MSS requires separate implementation. If a client wants all the modules, then we proceed with implementing all of them. The selection of modules entirely depends on the clients' needs.
