Training Analysis for Existing Employees

Dear all, kindly guide me on how to conduct training analysis before organizing external training. There are over 100 employees and more than 6 departments. I have developed a training program for new joiners but have not yet defined training for existing members.

Dear Monica, How are you? I represent the assessment vertical of Ma Foi Management, and we are into behavioral assessments such as 16PF Psychometric and competency-based assessments for Recruitment, TNA, Development, success planning, etc.

Training Needs Analysis Model

We have a model on training needs analysis that has been deployed in many manufacturing, pharmaceutical, IT, and other industries. This is a scientific and competency-based approach, making it bias-free. We utilize a scientific tool called the 16PF Test to assess the training needs analysis of an individual in comparison to the company's expectations and benchmarks. We ensure the reliability and validity of the reports with the training gaps we provide.

This approach is particularly successful for existing employees as it can be challenging to identify the training areas of senior or middle-level employees. Please let me know if you require further clarification or discussion, and I will be happy to assist you.

Please find attached a PPT and sample report for your reference regarding this technique.

Thank you.

Best regards

Please follow the thread to read the previous posts on TNA, as many others have raised the same issue. Please also find attached the TNA form for your use. From the form, you will see that it is to be sent to the manager to identify the TNAs of the department. You can modify the content to reflect TNAs for individuals.
