Hi,

I am working as an Assistant Manager - HR with a startup IT firm. I would like to seek your valuable opinion as effective 2 Jan 2018, we have made some changes in our Employee Separation/Termination Policy. Every employee has their Employee Personnel Leave (EPL) with them, which includes the old separation policy. Do I now need to issue an addendum with the new policy, or is writing it in the HR manual sufficient?
