Struggling with My HR Project on Employee Engagement – Can Anyone Share a Reference?

Hi All, I'm a 2007 batch student, and I have completed all my exams. However, my course completion is still pending due to the non-submission of the project report. After considering many options, I finally decided to do my project on "Employee Engagement" in the company where I'm currently working. I have collected some theoretical notes on the subject and also prepared a questionnaire with the help of my HR and conducted a survey with 25 employees. However, I'm completely clueless about how a complete project for SCDL should look like...

Hence, can anyone help me out by sending any HR project that I can use for my reference?
