Diwali Celebration -Seeking Ideas

Dear HR Personnels,
This is the first time I'm writing here. Looking for innovative ideas to celebrate Diwali in Malls from all of u innovative professionals.

Hi,
you can arrange various competitions like sweets,rangoli competition, drawing competition,mehndi, flowers or essay competition etc... and ask everyone to be traditionally dressed.have a pot lunch(that is where all the employees bring food from home and everybody share and take meals together).have a pooja on dassera day also arrange for lunch and dj or some music,for their enjoyment and refreshment.

Please suggest some innovative ideas/ theme for decoration, we had kept "States of India" & "Festivals of India" as theme for Diwali decoration last 2 Years. This year also we are planing to keep some theme for decoration.
Kindly suggest theme for Diwali decoration in office.
