I'm working as the HR Head, and I have a query regarding the PF withdrawal formalities. One of our employees resigned from the company and has completed all the necessary formalities, except for clearing the PF account. My query is, who should submit the PF withdrawal form to the concerned department - the company or the employee themselves?
