NGOs in Bangalore: Employee Welfare and Creche Initiatives for Laborers

I am thinking of starting a creche and a playhome for the children of our laborers. Can anyone help me by giving the details of NGOs based in Bangalore who can guide me to implement this?

Good to know that you are interested in starting a Creche and playhome in Bangalore for your laborers. Firstly, I would like to know the strength of employees in your organization. I'm saying this as per the Factories Act, 1948. It states under the Statutory provisions concerning Employee Welfare.

According to Section 48, in every factory where more than 30 women workers are ordinarily employed, there shall be provided and maintained a suitable room or rooms for the use of children under the age of six years of such women. But then if you want to collaborate with an NGO, then I guess there must be certain clauses in NGOs to start one.
