There is a lot to be done with a start-up company. Besides seeking understanding from a forum like this, you also have to tailor it to fit the requirements based on your organization and the culture of the senior management and their values. A lot of thought goes into making those policies appropriate for your organization.

Dear all, can anyone suggest an HR process for a company? Recently, I joined this company as an HR, and there was no work done before. I need your guidance on what I should do first. I have already prepared appointment letters, joining letters, joining proforma, leave forms, and collected employee data with their names, designations, dates of joining, and salaries. I need your suggestions on what I should do next.
