Personality Development Programme - Doc Download

Dear All,
Please find attached Roadmap of Personality Development Programme and related questionnaire.
I have been able to draw this road-map with my life experiences for a span of rendering training for last 35 years. This is life-peried implementation programme to have Totally Organised Personality. Training can be provided for few days but implementation period would be upto the last day of our life. Each module has many a sub-modules which a trainer needs to develop.

A very comprehensive compilation painstakingly undertaken and liberally shared. Wonderful post although it may be a wee bit heavy for the majority of the people going through the contents. As Shashrz has observed the answers to the PD questionnaire would enhance the value of the post.

My idea was, If questions are supported with answers, our brains function less effectively. Moreover your views to any question may be different and right. I respect others thoughts and feelings.
This is a forum where we share our views and ideas and learn many a new things.
However, I have submitted answers for all. Your cotradictions to my answers is an opportunity to upgrade my knowledge.

Thank you very much for your comments. You are right to mention that it's a little bit heavy for majority of the people. The reasons are:

• different perceptions about the Personality
• "Everyone has Personality but few have a Complete Personality or Organised Personality" this is not commonly known.
• A road-map is not a detailed journey planing.
• If I wish, even then I can not submit the Detailed and Comprehensive Programme of Personality Development in this forum.
• Personality Development is a Continuous Implementation Process which ends at the end of life but training (which is a drive) has some period.
• This road-map is not ultimate and time would demand change in concept.
