Can Anyone Share a Sample Forklift Driver's License for CSR Audits?

I have gone through many articles and even posts in this forum with respect to this subject. Can anybody please attach the copy of the driving license their forklift driver possesses to make it clearer? By the way, CSR auditors ask for the same.

There is no special license for forklift drivers. However, he/she should have a regular HCV/LCV driving license from the RTO, which will have a separate endorsement for:
a) driving valid carriages
b) forklifts and off-road vehicles
c) special purpose vehicles.

Hence, ensure your forklift driver has a regular driving license with the necessary endorsement.
