How Do You Create an Effective Incentive Structure for a Sales Team in Manufacturing?

Ideal Incentive Structure for Small Enterprises

Here is the breakdown I would think would be ideal for a small enterprise for sales personnel:

- Up to 2 lakhs of business = 4% of the deal.
- From 2-5 lakhs of business = 10% of the deal.
- More than 5 lakhs = 14% of the deal.

The above percentages indicate the percentage of incentives. Although this is for very small enterprises, one of my friends has incorporated this as it was suggested by both of us. If you need more information, please don't hesitate to ask. I will help you as much as I know.
