Need Help Reviewing Our Employee Handbook and Policies – Any Recommendations?

I represent a software services organization with about 200 employees in India. We have drafted our Employee manual and other policies but are looking for help to review and authorize them. Could somebody please refer me to professionals who can assist us with this?

I am an HR Consultant with 30 years of experience in HR in the industry, covering all aspects of HR. I am experienced in HR policy formulation and preparing manuals. I have prepared an India HRM Handbook for Toyota Motor Corporation, Japan, for the use of their expatriates posted in India, which is being translated into Japanese for their internal use. It basically covers all aspects of labor law implications from the date of joining to retirement of an employee.
