Please tell me about the ESIC annual report. I am not aware of that. Also, please provide the format for the ESIC annual report. How and what do we have to fill in that form? Where do we have to send this form, etc.

Yes, Prashant is right. ESI half-yearly return is filed, i.e., from April to September and from October to March. That's it.

It's great news for you that until March 2011 is the last year for ESIC half-yearly reports. In the future, this report will not be required by the ESIC department.
