It is not the installation but the implementation that is going to bring in discipline. However, you must be cautious. Overuse may make employees feel like their privacy is being infringed upon, and there is too much monitoring.

Also, installing CCTV's and not taking actions against offenders would give an impression that the management is not serious about the enforcement of discipline. Strike the balance!
