When it comes to KRA's and KPI's, they may be the same in different organizations. However, I would suggest the best way to define KRA and KPI is as follows:

1. Study the theory of KRA and KPI (Please find attached the Theory of KRA and KPI information).
2. Define, or if already defined, then collect the Job Profile, Job Description, Roles, and Responsibilities.
3. Identify the areas within the Job Profile where you will achieve results.
4. These results will be reflected in the KRA and Department performance, both in financial and non-financial measures.
5. Conditions:
- Specific.
- Measurable.
- Achievable.
- Result-oriented or Relevant.
- Time-bound.
