I am giving u details as per my knowledge and shops and est act.
PF as follows
Declaration for new joinees - monthly
Form 5 - monthly
Form 10 - monthly
Challans - monthly
12 A - monthly
Returns - Yearly (Mar to feb)
ESI
Declaration/Nomination - Monthly or as n when required
challan - monthly
Returns - Half Yearly (Apr to Sep & Oct to Mar)
rest search on cite hr, member have uploaded all the forms and formats required for PF and ESI number of times.

Hi friends did anybody clear my doubt. Employee can apply for Volunteer PF as their wish. But Only some percentage allow as tax benefit whats that exact percentage.

Please update, is there any rule restricting the maximum contribution (both employee and employer) to 12% of Rs. 6500/- irrespective of the Basic and DA amount ( suppose the Basic+DA is Rs. 25000/- and Gross salary is Rs. 45,000/-).
