Practical Ways to Boost MBA Students' Personalities Beyond Presentations – Any Suggestions?

stereo
Dear all,

I am working as an HR Executive in a college, and the task assigned to me is to develop the personality of the MBA students. I have shown them various presentations on personality, but I want some practical things to be done to sharpen their personality. Please help me out with it...

Some of the practicals could relate to the following:

1. **Grooming:** Their manner of dressing, personal grooming, manners, posture, etc.

2. **Etiquette:** You can show them how to use the fork and spoon and the manner of conduct at a formal sit-down lunch or dinner.

3. **Introductions and Interactions:** How to introduce oneself, the style of greeting and shaking hands, introducing others to third parties, etc.

4. **Communication Etiquette:** Including email and telephone etiquette.

The contents of the following inspirational and motivational blogs could also help your students improve their communication skills:

Kindly see if the [Career Development Assessment by HR Personality](http://www.hrpersonality.com/home/Products/AreasofAssessment/CareerDevelopment.aspx) site is of any use. Though an organization has to pay for the tool, individuals can take the test for free. I do not have any share in the company.

Have a nice day.

Regards,
Simhan
