Is Esi & Pf Both Applicable?

I wanted to know whether PF or both PF and ESI are applicable in a Share Advisory (Stock Market Advisors) Company having more than 100 employees.

If the firm is situated in the implemented area where the ESI Act has been notified under sec 1(3), both ESI & EPF shall be applicable to your firm. Share advisory business comes under "shop" and it is coverable both under ESI & EPF.
There must not be any confusion.

Yes, In any organisation where 10 or more person is working in anyday preciding 12 moths than the law attract. It is applicable. For more you can go though the law of ESIC & PF

If your establishment is covered under shop & establishment act and you have 10 employees or more you are laible to be covered under epf & esic for providing social security to your employees.
