Is Employee insurance a must for all the employees in a software company? When should the insurance start for a new joinee (in probation period)? What ad all should be included in employee insurance - accidental, maternity? What if an employee meets with an accident, before issuing an Insurance Policy? Should the company pay for the medical expenses, as there is no insurance?
