I am working as an HR in a logistics company. Kindly provide me the meaning of Leave Travel Allowance Or Leave Travel Concession & also its implications.

Hi Shilpi
LTA or LTC is normally max upto 2 months of basic salary which is tax free once in a block year subject to the production of proof and availing min 6 days of PL/EL. It is a tax saving instrument.
