How Do I Start a Small Call Center and Find Projects to Get Started?

You seem to have a lot of money with you. :) Your question shows you do not have any experience in a Call Center. Taking calls or working in a call center does not mean you can start one.

You have to be a part of a call center to understand the ins and outs of it. Just investing and starting up a center will not improve your business. Another piece of advice for you is, in case you are starting one, please do not start with an outbound call center. Starting with data work would be a good option where there is some assured money.
