Case Study: Can a 5-Day Workweek Really Work in a 24/7 Business Model?

Please find attached a Case Study on 5-Day Week Implementation for a 24/7 Business Model.

We are a service-based industry and are currently working 6 days a week with operations running round the clock for 365 days. We would like to implement a 5-day workweek, with at least 2 Saturdays off. The challenge is figuring out how to make this change for everyone without disrupting operations.

We are in the service/transportation industry. Currently, we have been working for six days, and now we are planning for a 5-day workweek. I do have a query in this regard: can we adjust this holiday in the gratuity for our employees?
