We are a service based industry & are currently working 6 days a week with the operations going round the clock for 365 days. would like to implement 5 days a week i.e atleast 2 saturday off.
The problem is how do we do the same for all since we cannot have the operations shut

we are service/transportation industry currently we are working for sic days now we are planning for 5 days working. I di have a query in this regard can we make the adjusment of this holiday in grauity for our employees
