Navigating PF Withdrawal After Job Change: How Long to Wait and Eligibility Criteria?

qpqp
Hi, Recently, I changed jobs a month ago. I had worked at that company for over 2 years. Now, I want to withdraw my PF. Could anyone please provide information on the following:

1. How many days/months are required to apply for PF withdrawal after quitting the job?
2. Am I eligible to withdraw the full 100% PF amount, or are there any specific criteria?

Thank you.

Yes,

You can withdraw 100% of PF and the amount of the Pension Fund as well. For PF withdrawal, use Form No. 19, and for Pension Fund withdrawal, use Form No. 10C. As far as days are concerned, you can withdraw after two months after quitting the job.

I was working in a company for more than 13 months. Despite resigning over 30 months ago, my PF has not been transferred to my new employer's account. Please suggest.

OR

Can I directly apply to the PF office without involving my previous company? Please update me on the process or system to apply.

I have worked in my previous company for 3.5 years until May 2011. Now, I have changed jobs and want to withdraw my PF. Will the amount that I receive be subject to a 30% tax? Please advise.
