Resigned Employee's Query: Are Holidays After Last Day Included in Final Settlement?

I have one query. In my organization, an employee has resigned. He came to me with the question of whether his full and final settlement will include encashment for the national and festival holidays that fall after his last working day.

It is not possible. If the employee works fully for the year, it will be considered; otherwise, not required.
