Pentalty For Not Filing PF And ESI Returns

Dear All,
I would like to know what will be the penalty and interest raised for not filing monthly return PF from April-10 to Oct 2010 .
Please let me know immediately as i want to give the feed back immediately

There is no any provision regarding penalty & intrest on late submission of EPF Annual Return.
However penalty & intrest impose if you deposited EPF contribution late. However to avoid any inconvenience you must submitt the return timely.

There is no provision of late submission of monthly returns. Please prepare as early as possible and submit it.

Please suggest that as ESI is online should we need to file the manual returns to ESI office
or no need.
