How to prepare a salary slip for 3 lakh CTC including PF?

TOTAL CTC =(A) + EMPLOYER PF CONTRIBUTION + BONUS = 23178 +780+1042= 25000

It all depends upon what your company has to pay as statuary benefits to the employees and what other perks company pay to employees.
Just divide the total (Rs. 4.00 lac in the instant case) by 12. That's the monthly emoluments. work out the rate of DA/HRA/other perks.
Now, Off the remaining cut out the
statuary liabilities, like epf/epf/esi/bonus/gratuity etc. at monthly rate.
and so on. There is no set formula. Just go by the company's convention.

It actually depends upon how company want to provide the same .It can be with PF or without PF depending upon the size of firm , with PF the breakup has already been given without PF it can be as follows:-
Basic:- 10,000
HRA:- 4,000
Other Allowances:- 11,000
Monthly Gross:- 25,000
Final CTC:-3,00,000

Thanks for the info..But it would be great if you could provide 3 lakhs ctc breakup on excel sheet showing yearly and monthy salary.
Also I would request you to include only basic,hra,conveyence,special allownace and deduct only pf and prof tax.
